Hourly Rates

Our hourly rates range from £150.00 plus VAT and disbursements to £275.00 plus VAT and disbursements.

We will agree the hourly rate to be charged on your matter at the outset and will let you know if this needs to be changed during the transaction.

Disbursements to be incurred would depend on the nature of case.  For example if you make a claim on a property in the County Court or High Court or need to defend such a claim the disbursements can include paying:

• The fees of a Barrister, referred to as Counsel’s fees, for representing your case in court

• For experts to provide reports

• Court Fees

We would discuss with you the likely levels of these disbursements before commencing work on your matter.
